اختتم المنتدى التنويري الثقافي يوم السبت 28/12/2025، فعاليات المرحلة الثانية من مشروع (سبيك أب الإعلامي) الممول من ADI – وذلك بعد الانتهاء من كافة التدريبات النظرية والعملية المرتبطة بالمشروع، تمهيدًا للانتقال إلى المرحلة الثالثة منه.
وافتُتحت الجلسة بالسلام الوطني الفلسطيني والفاتحة على ارواح الشهداء ، تلاها كلمة ترحيبية ألقتها عضو الهيئة الادارية في المنتدى التنويري الثقافي فاطمة عبده، أكدت خلالها أهمية المشروع في تمكين المشاركات وتعزيز حضورهن الإعلامي وتسليط الضوء على القضايا المختلفة واهمها قضايا المرأة وماتعانيه في ظل الظروف الراهنة ، مشيدة بجهود المنتدى التنويري الثقافي والشركاء في إنجاح هذه المرحلة.
كما ألقت المنسقة الإدارية للمشروع شيرين زيدان كلمة استعرضت فيها أبرز محطات المرحلة الثانية، وما تم تحقيقه من تدريب وبناء قدرات، موضحة أن المرحلة القادمة ستركز على التطبيق العملي وترجمة المهارات المكتسبة إلى مبادرات وأنشطة إعلامية فاعلة.
وتلا ذلك كلمة المنسقة المالية للمشروع حاكمة حسن، التي تناولت أهمية المشروع وأثره، وقدّمت مجموعة من التوصيات للمتدربات بما يعزز من استدامة الاستفادة من المهارات المكتسبة.
تلاها كلمة المتدربات وعرض فيديو تعريفي بالانجازات خلال المشروع.
كما جرى عرض التقارير الإعلامية التي قامت المتدربات بإنتاجها حيث تم تقييم هذه التقارير من قبل إدارة المشروع والمدربين الصحفيين ، مع تقديم ملاحظات مهنية وتوصيات تطويرية.
وقدّم مدير المشروع السيد وائل الفقيه مداخلة استعرض فيها تقييمه لمخرجات المرحلة الثانية من المشروع، مؤكدًا أن ما تحقق من تدريب وبناء قدرات يشكّل أساسًا متينًا للانتقال إلى المرحلة الثالثة. وأشار إلى أن المرحلة القادمة ستركّز على تعميق الجانب التطبيقي، وتمكين المشاركات من إنتاج محتوى إعلامي مهني يعكس قضاياهن بجرأة ومسؤولية، إلى جانب توسيع أثر المشروع على المستوى المجتمعي والإعلامي. وأكد أن التطلعات المستقبلية للمشروع تتمثل في خلق منصات تعبير مستدامة، وتعزيز الشراكات، وتحويل المهارات المكتسبة إلى أدوات فاعلة للتأثير والتغيير.
وفي السياق ذاته، تحدث المدربون والصحفيون المشاركون عن أهمية المرحلة القادمة، وما يترتب عليها من مسؤوليات لتعزيز جودة المحتوى الإعلامي وتوسيع أثر المشروع.
واختُتم اللقاء بتكريم المدربين الصحفيين والمتدربات تقديرًا لجهودهم المبذولة خلال المرحلتين السابقتين من المشروع، قبل أن يُختتم اللقاء بتناول وجبة الغداء.
ويأتي هذا المشروع في إطار دعم الإعلام المجتمعي، وتعزيز حرية التعبير، وتمكين الفئات المستهدفة من أدوات الإعلام الحديث بما يخدم قضايا العدالة والكرامة الإنسانية.

The Cultural Enlightenment Forum concluded today the activities of the second phase of the Speak Up Media project, funded by ADI, following the completion of all theoretical and practical trainings associated with the project, in preparation for moving on to its third phase.
The session opened with the Palestinian national anthem and the recitation of Al-Fatiha in honor of the souls of the martyrs. This was followed by a welcoming speech delivered by Fatima Abdo, a member of the Administrative Board of the Cultural Enlightenment Forum, in which she emphasized the importance of the project in empowering participants, strengthening their media presence, and highlighting various issues—most notably women’s issues and the challenges they face under the current circumstances. She also praised the efforts of the Cultural Enlightenment Forum and its partners in ensuring the success of this phase.
The project’s Administrative Coordinator, Shireen Zeidan, then delivered a speech reviewing the key milestones of the second phase and the achievements made in training and capacity building. She explained that the upcoming phase will focus on practical application and translating the acquired skills into effective media initiatives and activities.
This was followed by a speech by the project’s Financial Coordinator, Hakima Hassan, who addressed the importance and impact of the project and presented a set of recommendations to the trainees to enhance the sustainability of benefiting from the acquired skills.
After that, the trainees delivered a speech, and an introductory video showcasing the project’s achievements was screened.
Media reports produced by the trainees were also presented and evaluated by the project management and journalist trainers, who provided professional feedback and developmental recommendations.
The Project Manager, Mr. Wael Al-Faqih, delivered an intervention in which he reviewed his evaluation of the outcomes of the second phase, affirming that the training and capacity building achieved constitute a solid foundation for moving into the third phase. He noted that the next phase will focus on deepening the practical aspect and empowering participants to produce professional media content that reflects their issues with courage and responsibility, while also expanding the project’s impact at both the community and media levels. He emphasized that the project’s future aspirations include creating sustainable platforms for expression, strengthening partnerships, and transforming acquired skills into effective tools for influence and change.
In the same context, the participating trainers and journalists spoke about the importance of the upcoming phase and the responsibilities it entails in enhancing the quality of media content and expanding the project’s impact.
The meeting concluded with honoring the trainers, trainees, and journalists in appreciation of their efforts during the previous two phases of the project, followed by a lunch.
This project comes within the framework of supporting community media, promoting freedom of expression, and empowering target groups with modern media tools in service of justice and human dignity.
